The ability to transfer assignment within a project allows project leaders to efficiently redistribute tasks based on changing priorities and team dynamics. This feature allows you to hand over your assignments to another team member with just a few clicks, ensuring your projects stay on track even when changes arise.

Why Do You Need This?

Imagine a labeler has annotated half of a project, but suddenly catches a cold and can no longer continue. In situations like these, our Transfer Assignment feature becomes essential for project continuity. This feature ensures you can reassign that project to another labeler and they will start the project right where the previous labeler last worked.

A Simple 4-Step Process

1. Open Assignment Settings: Navigate to the settings menu where assignments are managed.
2. Select the Assignment: Pick the specific assignment you want to transfer.
3. Choose Other Member: Identify and select the member who will take over the assignment.
4. Confirm the Changes: Complete the process by confirming the changes.

A few clicks and the task is in new hands.
